This allows special pricing for each of type of subscription so that we can offer additional
benefits to meet the needs of different types of customer groups by subscription type. This
table lists the details of these pricing and subscription options and there is a brief textual

Hub
|
Hub subscriptions are reviewed by TheTradingPorlal.com™ and are not immediately activated upcon completion of the registration process. An account manager from TheTradingPortal.com™ will contact hub subscribers shortly after their registration in order to complete the information gathering process and further discuss their business requirements.

| A Quarterly subscription is billed quarterly, starting
at the time of registration and then recurring every 3 months after that. Overage
charges for the current month are still billed at the end of each month. Customers
selecting a Quarterly subscription receive a discount on the overall cost of
their subscription. |

| A Monthly subscription is billed monthly starting at
the time of registration and then recurring on the monthly anniversary of the
registration after that. Overage charges for the current month are billed at
the end of each month along with the normal subscription fee for the next month
of service. Monthly subscriptions are not discounted like Quarterly
subscriptions. |

| A Life-Line subscription is billed monthly starting at
the time of registration and then recurring on the monthly anniversary of the
registration after that. Per-document charges are then billed at the time each
outbound document is sent by the subscriber. Life-Line subscriptions do not receive
the discounts like Quarterly subscriptions do. |

| There are
no limits on the number of inbound documents you can receive. The number of
allowable documents each month refers to the number of outbound documents being
sent by the subscriber. Overage charges for extra documents are based on
documents sent after the number of sent documents exceeds the number of
documents allowed by the subscription type. This is calculated for each month
regardless of subscription type. The fees for each subscription type are
charged to the subscriber’s credit card as described in the table above. |
